September Updates
For this month, we’ve rolled out several exciting updates designed to enhance security, improve usability, and offer greater control over features. Here's a quick overview of what's new!
New Use Cases Websites

- New Password Manager Pricing Page: Explore our latest pricing page for TransferChain Pass from this link. This also includes the feature comparison across different plans.
- Enhanced Pass Manager Experience: We’ve fine-tuned the UI and UX to offer a smoother, more intuitive experience, making your password management even more effortless.
- Password Generator in 'New Password' screen: Users can now utilize the 'Password Generator' directly on the New Password screen to effortlessly create strong, complex passwords when setting up new login items in the system.
- Extension Optimizations: Together with the feedback from our users we have made some domain and UI optimizations for our extension. This improvement should smooth out the extension functionality across more domains and field types. Also made UI adjustments for long password titles in the extension.
- 2FA for File Transfers:
We’ve introduced a two-factor authentication (2FA) option for both 'email' and 'get link' methods. With this security enhancement, you can now send transfers with greater protection.
Enabling the 2FA option will allow the sender to track not only how many times their files are downloaded but also who specifically accessed them. You can find this information under 'transfer details' in the app. - Usability Improvement for File Previews: Users can now quickly preview files by simply double-clicking them, streamlining the process and eliminating the need to right-click and select 'Preview' manually. This enhancement improves workflow efficiency and makes file navigation more intuitive.
- Enhanced UX for File Transfers: We've enhanced the overall user experience for File Transfers by seamlessly integrating our new 2FA option across all three transfer methods: email, get link, and send to TransferChain user. This ensures added security without compromising ease of use.
