TransferChain Q1 2026 Updates
Q1 is here—and so are the latest updates from TransferChain. We’re starting 2026 with performance improvements, smoother onboarding and recovery flows, and a stronger everyday experience across our products. Here’s what’s new this quarter:
- Updated invitation emails
Our user and admin invitation emails have been refreshed to make onboarding clearer and more consistent from the first touchpoint. - More streamlined domain validation
We simplified the Domain Validation flow so it works more clearly during registration. This creates a more focused and understandable experience for both end users and administrators managing access controls. - Better alignment in first-login flows
We improved the logic behind first-login experiences so that onboarding behavior now aligns more reliably with the settings configured by administrators. - Clearer user activation visibility for administrators
We refined how user status is displayed in the Admin Panel, giving business administrators better visibility into onboarding progress. This makes it easier to track whether a user has completed password creation and whether they have already accessed TransferChain Drive or TransferChain Pass. - More controlled recovery experience
We improved the Forgot Password experience so it now aligns more closely with account setup status. This creates a more consistent recovery journey and helps prevent users from entering flows before their account setup is complete. - Improved passphrase validation in recovery flows
We refined the passphrase check experience during Restore and Forgot Password scenarios. Users now receive clearer feedback when an incorrect passphrase is entered, and manual input handling has been improved to reduce formatting-related issues. - Service updates across core products
We introduced service-level updates across TransferChain Send, TransferChain Drive, and TransferChain Pass to support a stronger and more reliable platform foundation. - Clearer notification and interface behavior
We also improved several system behaviors across the app, including notification-related flows, to make the interface feel more predictable and easier to follow.
- Manager Approval for file transfers
Transfer flows can now be managed through Manager Approval. If enabled by the company, transfers can be reviewed and approved before sending, giving organizations an additional layer of oversight and control. - New status labels in Manager Approval inbox
We added status labels such as Waiting and Approved to the Manager Approval inbox, making it easier to follow transfer approval progress at a glance.
- Faster and more responsive browser extension
We introduced several optimizations to make the TransferChain browser extension feel faster and more stable in everyday use. The loading time after clicking the extension has been reduced, and relevant saved items now appear more quickly when you visit supported websites. - Smarter matching across supported websites
We also improved how matching items are identified in the extension. When Exact URL Match is disabled, the extension can now surface relevant items more flexibly across related URLs and subdomains, creating a smoother autofill experience across a wider range of login pages. - Improved support for passwords stored in folders
We refined how passwords stored in folders are handled inside the extension, helping saved items appear more reliably in supported input fields. - TransferChain PM now works more directly with browser password manager behavior
When installed, TransferChain Password Manager now integrates more directly with the browser password manager experience, helping users rely on TransferChain PM more consistently in supported environments.
🔐 We’re always looking to make your experience of using TransferChain better and more secure.
🥳 We’ll be back with more exciting updates next quarter. See you in Q2!
