June Updates

• Exciting New Updates for File Requests
  • Email Notification Options: We’ve added an email notification option for File Requests. If enabled, this feature will send an email notification to the request owner each time a file is uploaded. This ensures you’re immediately aware of new uploads, helping you stay organized and responsive.
• Senders Can Now Include Messages: Another great addition to the File Request feature is the ability for senders to include notes when they upload files. This means that alongside the uploaded files, senders can now provide explanations, instructions, or any additional context directly to the request owner. This improvement streamlines communication and ensures that all necessary information accompanies the file uploads.
• Queue Optimization: To ensure a smoother and more accurate experience, we've enhanced the queue optimization for core functionalities such as upload and download.
• Company Security Policies (Domain & IP Restriction): Companies can access their security policies from their Admin Panel, and the first policy we are introducing is Domain & IP Restrictions.
  • Whitelisting IPs: Admins can specify which IP addresses are allowed to access the company's TransferChain account. This means only users connecting from approved networks can log in and access the files.
  • Approved Email Domains: Admins can restrict access to users who log in with specific email domains. This ensures that only users with company-approved email addresses (e.g., *@yourcompany.com) can access the TransferChain account.
• TransferChain Pass approved by Chrome Extension Store: In the last update, we mentioned the Waitlist of our newest product, password manager. We are happy to announce that it officially passed the Chrome Extension Review, and TransferChain Pass will soon be live on multiple browsers (including Chrome, Brave, Opera, and Edge).
• Overall UX & UI improvements: As always we have made some improvements across both the user interfaces and the Admin Panel.
