🚀 Read on to discover all the new product updates from February. From new features to new performance improvements, we shipped a handful of new capabilities for all of our users.

• Audit & Activity Logs upgrade: Admins can access detailed activity logs of their users from their Admin Panel, allowing them to easily track all transactions and gain more visibility within their organization. We’ve also added filtering capabilities to further expand the experience.
• 50 Files: Upload 50 files at once to the shared storage, increased from the previous limit of 20.
• Send a message shortcut from the Contact Book: Send text directly to the intended contact without leaving the Contact Book page.
• Added Intercom as a support channel: Easily reach out to the TransferChain Support Team via the Admin Panel by using the live chatbot (Intercom) located in the right corner.
• File Request expiration capability up to 30 days or limitless: Create file requests with expiration dates up to 30 days or with no expiration limit. Users now have additional adjusting capabilities.
• Preview files (PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG etc.): View files up to 25 MB directly within the app, whether they're uploaded to your request, stored in a space, or transferred to you.
• Language support for Send: French, Italian, and Turkish language options have been added to TransferChain Send.
• Pagination increased to 20 items: After receiving user feedback in our roadmap forum, we went ahead and increased the pagination count per page across the pages.
• To create a new vault, users are forced to initiate TFA (‘Two-Factor Authentication’): TFA has been added at the step of creating a new cloud. This is an extra security layer to protect data security.
• Preview compatibility for Music files (mp3, wav etc.): Music files can now be previewed.
• Restore optimization: The cloud restoration process has been optimized. Now it will restore faster.
